Working within a busy department in central Huntingdon this role is tasked with providing customer focused administrative support to the team. This will involve:
• Dealing effectively with enquiries from internal and external customers by telephone and face to face utilising manual or IT based information sources. • Provision of an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to the division. • Word processing of letters, reports etc. • Administrative and clerical duties, e.g. arranging and facilitating meetings, filing and maintenance of records, both manual and PC based. • Ordering printing and stationery. • Processing of invoices – checking, verifying and payment of invoices including raising Sundry Debtor invoices for re-charging where necessary. • Completion of staff returns. • To electronically scan all Housing documents and electronically file and save them. • Provision of hospitality duties as required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a good customer focus and accurate administrative abilities. Good IT skills are essential with ability to use MS Word, Excel and Databases. |
