Our client is a small independent electronics company who are looking for an administrator to assist them for a period of 3 – 6 months to assist them with an increased workload. Very much a data entry role where you will be
• Assist buyers with the purchase of electronic components, packaging and consumables used in manufacture; • Manage Suppliers and supplier documentation i.e. BSI Certificates, spec sheets, misc. documents; • Collect and collate data for reports i.e. Attrition & inventory reports and KPI’s; • Assist logistics team with Contract Reviews with material status; • Managing outstanding Purchase Orders as well as expediting & scheduling PO’s; • Assist stores with managing goods inwards, GRN & GIN process as and when required; • Assist logistics with QGD’s and alternative parts process; • Raise Work Orders and print paperwork for Route Cards, Kitting Lists etc. and issue to production; • Prepare, print and validate labels for different products.
Hours: 9am – 5pm (Flexible) |
