Description:	For: Administrators Meyer Scott Ref: VR/05789 Meyer-Scott Recruitment deal with a Council Projects from all over the County and presently have a large number of temporary roles for Administrator and are seeking candidates for Huntingdon, Cambridge City’s Shire Hall, and Camborne. The roles require the following skill set in all locations. • Ensure an accurate, confidential and effective service by maintaining up-to-date filing systems (paper and electronic). • Deliver an efficient and customer focussed service, by processing and responding to incoming communication (post, telephone, fax, intranet and internet) taking messages, copying and distributing information as necessary • Assist in maintaining supplies to facilitate the smooth running of the office. • Responding to queries, liaising with internal and external departments via telephone, email and face to face. • Overseeing document and data management (paper & Electronic) including filing and distributing documents. • Collection and manipulation of a wide range of information used by the organisation to generate reports, prepare letters, memos and documents. • Co-ordinate diaries and meetings, preparing support materials, distributing agendas and minutes. Candidates will have a high level of accuracy and detail, have excellent IT skills in relation to Microsoft Office packages and be able to manage their own workload to ensure all deadlines are met and work is prioritized accordingly. Previous experience within the Public Sector is a distinct Advantage. Hours: 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday
