Job description:
• The SCA is the single point of contact for 5 to 10 customers. The SCA receives the orders from the Marketing Group, defines the best suitable delivery dates based on the lead-times and the buffer strategy. He/She acknowledges the orders and documents them in MFGPRO. The SCA follows-up every order to make sure material ships according to customer’s requirements.
• The SCA manages different suppliers spread around the globe and makes sure the requirements placed are aligned with the lead-times and are delivered on-time. The SCA is in charge of coordinating the Common Goals Agreements and of conducting the Logistics Flow Evaluations when needed.
• The SCA is responsible of the Inventory Record Accuracy. He/She takes part to the cycle counts and the yearly wall to wall inventory count. In case of discrepancies between the physical and the theoretical quantities, the SCA will analyze the systems and proceed to reconciliation.
• The SCA is part of the NPI team. He/She stays aware about the timing of the new products introduction and makes sure the transition with current material doesn’t cause any surplus or shortages.
Experience/Skills
• Relevant experience (minimum 5 years) in Material Planning and Master Scheduling
• Excellent knowledge of English (90% of the communications are with non-French speaking persons)
• APICS certification (Basics at minimum)
• Knowledge of IRA and NPI is a plus
• Green Belt certification is a plus
