To manage a designated portfolio of buyer accounts, developing strong relationships and trust through regular telephone campaign lead contact and consistently delivering high levels of customer service. Improving buyer engagement and increasing sales volumes are the key measures of success.
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with designated buyers, in compliance with the companys business ethics and practices, to encourage wider engagement from the buyer base. Create and maintain accurate and up to date buyer records within the CRM system - regarding contact details, dealer profiles and stock requirements. Complete a range of telesales and telemarketing campaigns set out by the account manager, and update the CRM system accordingly. Negotiate sales, predominantly over the telephone, within pre-agreed parameters and submit bids to the account manager where appropriate. Set-up and complete appropriate follow-up actions and process enquiries within strict SLA guidelines, using the CRM system. Work with the account manager to create action plans to develop buyer behaviour and sales engagement across a range of online sales platforms and physical sale locations. Use analytical information to influence the telesales/telemarketing activity, and feedback pertinent market insight to the account manager and into the CRM system. Develop product knowledge and brand expertise by researching the model range and learning through a variety of sources. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development. Ensure that all Quality and Health & Safety standards are met or exceeded at all times. Have a full (Car) driving license as attendance at meetings at other sites may be required.
This may involve occasional overnight stays.
