3 Month Temporary Assignment
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm In this position you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent service to the client’s customers and providing accurate instructions to the production. The main responsibilities will include: · Updating the MRP system with sales orders and generating work orders · Creating tracking lists for production using spreadsheets · Keeping records of product sets sent for picking, invoiced and collection dates · Invoicing customers · Communicating with the customer to arrange the collection of the product.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: - Highly competent spreadsheet user (Excel or Google Sheets) - Ability to focus and exceptional attention to detail - Confidence to communicate at all levels - Previous experience of using an MRP system would be advantageous
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm with 1 hours lunch break |
