Lettings Coordinator Part Time – Flexible Hours Salary from £16,000 We have a vacancy for a dynamic individual who would enjoy the flexibility of working in a busy office environment and being out and about letting property.No previous experience necessary as full training will be given, however you must be able to demonstrate excellent administration/customer service experience and good IT skills. Your role will be to deal with all property enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings and to provide the administrative support required to complete the move in process. Booking and attending viewings • Taking application details and fees • Processing applications and completing reference checks • Producing reports to clients and updating in house system • Marketing properties • Dealing with customer queries • Meeting and greeting visitors • Scanning/Filing A pool car will be made available. We are looking for the following attributes • Own car and clean drivers licence • Good communication skills – both written and spoken • ITC literate • Ability to work on own initiative • Self-motivated and organised • Good customer service skills/experience
