Our Client is searching for someone to complete a 3 month temporary assignment working within their contracts team. Tasks will involve:
• Collation of project pricing and estimating information - both soft copies in Excel and hard copies. • Liaison with site staff in London to gain information needed to be used in reports. • Visit London sites once a week. • Updating and maintaining accurate database records. • Close liaison with Clients via email and the telephone. • Updating and maintaining various Excel Spreadsheets use for project tracking. • Close liaison with the team ensuring they remain updated on project progress and any pressing issues/ timeframes. • Liaison with Clients as necessary. • Handling calls into the team.
As this Team work to strict time frames it is essential the successful candidate is highly organised and self motivated. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident at liaising at all levels of business. You will also be confident travelling to London and visiting sites to collect information and liaise with site staff, encouraging good working relationships. Experience within a role where you have needed to prioritise and keep all plates spinning will be an excellent benefit.
For the right person there may be opportunity of a permanent role.
