Our Client is a successful contracting company providing a variety of services within the construction industry. Due to their continued success they require a competent, organised Administrator to support one of their business units.
Tasked with providing support to a Project Administrator. This will involve:
• Preparing and updating document packs for Colleagues to visit sites. • Completion of documentation associated with the projects. • Scanning information and documents onto the system. • Shredding and filing. • Inputting & submitting security codes • handling incoming calls to the department. • Liaison with internal and external customers via email. • Ordering consumables and PPE required for site staff. • Stock taking of marketing literature, ensuring levels are maintained. • Collating branch feedback scores. • Uploading documents to Omnia. • Other ad-hoc duties in support of the team.
Candidates must have a flexible, can-do approach and be happy to take on a variety of administrative tasks. job specific training will be given, however candidates must possess solid PC skills and communicate effectively at all levels of business.
Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00
