Our Client is a successful provider of equipment and related service contracts to businesses across the UK. Working within a small team and reporting to the Administration Manager, this role is responsible for:
• Handling customer queries and enquiries from initial call to resolution i.e. investigate, provide information, credit note if applicable,
communicate with customer and credit control
• Communicate with the sales team to resolve any customer or agreement queries, in addition to providing sales and customer information
• Customer satisfaction – complaints, surveys,
• Assist with administration of sales orders, agreements and invoicing
• Assist with meter reading collection – telephone and software
• Maintenance of customer database
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, sales administrators and finance team.
Candidates will be able to work in an efficient manner with good PC skills and accurate administration skills. Communication skills are also key both in writing and on the telephone. This is a long term opportunity.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08.30 – 17.30
Friday 08.30 – 17.00
