Our client, a busy manufacturing company, are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team. This is an excellent long term opportunity to learn all aspects of the manufacturing process. The duties include
• Setting machines for the production run.
• Machine Operation and minding.
• Loading and unloading materials into the machines.
• Quality checking product throughout the process.
• Assisting in the preparation of chemicals used in the process.
• Reading drawings.
• Liaising with other departments.
• Escalating any issues.
• Communicating with people on all levels in the business.
• Working to production targets.
A food work ethic and can-do approach is essential to be part of this friendly organisation. You will be organized with the ability to prioritise your work load and make decisions. Precious experience within a production environment is preferred – but certainly not essential.
Hours 08.00 – 17.20 Monday to Friday
