As an Account Administrator you will act as a centralised point of contact to provide administrative support to co-ordinate the de-fleet, movement and disposal of vehicles through the various channels utilised by the vendor(s).
Job Duties
• Scanning
• Filing
• Shredding
• Managing emails.
• Copy and pasting photos.
• Uploading photos onto websites
• Checking websites are up to date.
• Data entry
• Making and receiving telephone calls
• Inbound and outbound post handling.
Basic Required Experience
• Good telephone manner.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• General PC skills and awareness.
• Attention to detail
• Good Data Entry.
Preferred Education/ Qualification/Skills
• No formal qualifications required.
• Full training will be provided
