Very much a traditional role for a short period of time whilst an employees is away in the States, it could go permanent or extended permanently dependent on your added value and business needs.
They especially need a candidate with experience of getting to the bottom of why a client hasn’t paid and explore the best way of moving forward. You will therefore need to be confident in this area.
• Chasing debtors by telephone, letter or fax
• Credit clearing of sales orders
• Risk assessment of new and existing customers
• Production of age debtors list
• Responsible for deciding whether to pursue a file to court
• Preparation of accounts for insolvency and litigation
• Authorized deferred payment plans
• Production of month end reports
• Controlling 30, 60 and 90 day accounts
Hours: 8am – 4pm
