Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm (during busier periods open until 6.30pm), Sat 9am to 5pm (work two in four Saturdays).

Our Client is situated in impressive modern offices offering free parking and easy access from Cambridge, St Ives and St Neots.
This role is situated within a busy Contact Centre and is tasked with undertaking various administrative tasks that arise as a result of Customer issues identified during their holiday that need addressing on their return.
This role would suit someone who likes administration work, has a keen eye for detail, is personable and empathetic when dealing with problems, is organized and works well in a team.
Key skills required:
· Previous customer service based role · Professional and calm telephone manner · Excellent letter writing and grammatical skills · Have excellent attention to detail · Being able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team · Proactive nature · Must be competent in using outlook, word and excel · Preferably have a knowledge of the travel industry (not essential)
