Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to effectively manage surveyors throughout the process of securing clients and carrying out successful surveys with a strong emphasis on building excellent customer relations and getting the team to run successfully.
Duties
Ensuring that there are enough appointments in the diary for the surveyors. Facilitating and organising cold calling of new potential customers to try and get appointments for surveyors. Facilitating and organising calling existing clients on the back of a campaign in order to try and get an appointment for the surveyors working closely with sales and operational teams, nurturing and ensuring customer retention Ensuring all customer requests for a potential proposal are responded to and dealt with accordingly, including via the engineers. Providing support for the surveyors to produce proposals and book in close meetings Organising the surveyors and their diaries to ensure maximum performance Following up sales proposals and leads accordingly, resolving any issues or challenges that might arise Processing an order to NSI Standards (and to the standards of our other accreditations) Updating our database and providing analysis and information on your surveyors sales performance Continually looking at ways to improve paperwork and processes to improve efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators:
Ensuring that the surveyor hits their weekly targets which are as follows: Attend a minimum of 15 appointments, 3 close meetings, 15 follow up calls, and meets monetary targets for new installations. Ensure that all customer requests/instructions are dealt with by the team as follows: All appointments that are attended to have a follow up email sent within 1 working day, all proposals are sent out within 5 working days of the appointment, all telephone calls are responded to within 1 working day, all orders are processed within 3 working days of receiving the order in and all emails are responded to within 3 working days of receiving the email in. All orders must be processed within 3 working days of the surveyor receiving the instruction in to NSI standards with all documents present. Engineers quotes must be completed within 5 working days of us receiving the potential opportunity in from the customer. You will be required to do a minimum of 10 engineer quotes per week. All web enquiries, telephone enquiries or email enquiries should be contacted and dealt with within 1 hour of receipt.
