Salary: £16,000 - pro rata 4 month FTC
To support the Level 3 Customer Account Management team in processing orders, ensuring that schools receive a premium service where all orders placed are processed and dealt with in a professional and timely manner and are delivered to school on time.
Main duties
• Being able to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers and enjoy dealing with people. • Have good knowledge of our products and services, in particular planners (student, teacher and primary). • The ability to use the main database and tracker database to ensure all information is kept up to date. • Entering planner and other jobs onto the database and ensuring the information is current throughout the production process. • Tracking jobs throughout their progress. • Providing proof assessment to planner jobs with very high accuracy and attention to detail. • Have a problem solving attitude, working with the level 3 CAM to solve all types of queries, complaints and problems. • Being able to communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers by telephone, email and mail. • Updating the customer user information on the database – daily. • Ensuring the order tracking information is up to date at all times. • Sending jobs to print using various software. • Other tasks as required from time to time.
Fixed Term Contract Immediate Start until – End August Hours of work: 8.00 to 4.00 (half hour lunch)
