Our client in St Ives is seeking a Central Sales Office Coordinator to assist in the attainment of sales targets working alongside their network of branches ensuring customers requirements are satisfied and exceeded. Working with the Central Sales Office Manager and other staff to identify and maintain or improve customer relationships to maximise sales potential. Candidates must be sales driven and able to convert enquiries into quotes and quotes into orders and be willing to provide any ad-hoc support to the business as required.
Duties Ensure enquiries from existing customers are managed to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Handle enquiries from existing customers
to maximise opportunities including tracking/follow up quotes Ensure quotes and orders are input onto the system in an accurate and timely manner. Liaise with branches when required to ensure enquiries are managed to the customers satisfaction Maximise add-on sales through conversations with customers. Follow up customer enquiries and quotes to maximise business opportunity and customer satisfaction Working to agreed KPIs to ensure results in terms of calls, quotes, sales and margin Driving customer retention and feedback.
Obtaining customer information by answering telephone calls; interviewing customers; verifying information. Working to set CRM systems requirements and KPIs Determines eligibility by comparing customer information to requirements. Establish policies through data entry of customer information. Informs customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. Updates job knowledge by studying new products/services; participating in training opportunities. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
