Working 3 days per week - Wednesday, Friday and 1 other day.
This role will be responsible for Purchase Ledger and Credit Control but will also provide assistance to other finance duties as required.
• Credit Control - Opening new accounts, credit checking, chasing monies, agreeing payment terms, pursuing legal as necessary.
• Raising sales invoices in Sage.
• Allocating payments.
• Purchase Ledger - Receiving and inputting supplier invoices, resolving invoice queries, raising payments.
• Assisting with month end procedures.
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by Directors
Candidates will have experience in a finance role encompassing purchase ledger and credit control, a pro-active approach and demonstrate a firm, friendly approach to chasing debt. As part of a small organisation you will also be willing to be flexible and get stuck in with all parts of the business.
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO VILLAGE LOCATION
