| Description: | Meyer-Scott have a vacancy for a Recruitment Resourcer. We are based in St Ives and Peterborough, however this role will be based our City Centre Peterborough offices.
Working closely with Recruitment Consultants who are often under a deadline to find the right candidate for the right role within a tight deadline, you will have a passion for spotting candidates with the right skills, background and potential.
• You will be fairly analytical and creative as you need to source just the right candidate using our CRM system, Job Boards, Social Media, and LinkedIn.
• A recruitment and/or HR background would be preferable because this would give you a broad understanding of job roles and relevant terminology.
• You will be sourcing candidates for Temporary & Permanent Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance roles.
• You will periodically be working on ad hoc Recruitment Campaigns for both offices as well as assisting with posts coming into the offices on a daily basis.
• You will need to be very computer literate in terms of MS Office to a respectable level, as well as familiar with using Job boards, Social Media, our CRM, and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
• May occasionally be asked to look after reception when the rest of the team are preoccupied with candidates and visiting clients.

We are paying a competitive salary but also offering for every candidate successfully placed with a business. There are no targets!
Flexible 20 hour working week. However we do need someone able to work every day Monday to Friday.
We are based in the Town Centre, therefore very accessible by Public Transport. We also have a Car Park across the road from our offices if you prefer to drive.
