Our client is seeking a candidate to provide dedicated support to key areas aimed at improving the remarketing performance for their customer.
Duties to include;
• Providing precise analytical data on the performance of the marketing channels the vendor elects to utilise. • Administration of the day to day tasks performed by the RMS Outsource administration department by working closely with the existing team in order to ensure set SLAs/KPIs are achieved. • Update key reports and information, in order to analyse performance against set objectives for the remarketing channels being utlised by the customer. • Provide updates at agreed frequencies to all stake-holders performance against agreed KPIs. • Provide data to support the agreed SLA/s/KPIs at the agreed frequencies. • To work in close partnership with the Account Manager • Produce key analysis reports and information in order to allow the client to make strategic decisions on their remarketing strategy. • Provide weekly updates of relevant reports and update summaries. • Create and develop new marketing reports as required. • Provide data to meet internal targets as well as customer SLAs and KPIs • Carry out the various customer management tasks performed. • Answering and responding to emails and telephone enquiries from auction sites and RMS clients. Action any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved, in a timely fashion, to all parties satisfaction as far as is reasonably practicable. • Escalate any complex issues to the supervisor. • Ensure that customer SLAs are met or exceeded. • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development.
This role requires a team player with ability to build strong client relationships, communicate effectively at all levels and work under pressure to achieve deadlines. This role also has a great deal of customer service focus and so a high degree of attention to detail is required. You will need a good understanding of Microsoft Office and other data analysis products and excellent data entry skills.
