Legal Secretary - Family, Trusts and Probate £20K - £22K p.a.
Our client are one of the region’s leading law firms are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to support two busy Solicitors working out of new offices Nr Stamford. .
One part time Trust and Probate Solicitor and one Full Time Family Solicitor.
You will be a candidate who can provide outstanding customer service in a busy environment and play a key role within the team. You MUST have experience of Family and/or trust and Probate work.
This role requires exceptional telephone manner, excellent organization skills and a proven ability to work under pressure, using own initiative and as part of a team.
The preferred candidate will be familiar with the preparation and processing of documents and be competent in the provision of efficient administrative support.
You will be joining the Family, Trusts and Probate team to help with their growing case load.
You will be working within a small team to provide secretarial support to Fee Earners. This will include typing up legal documents using audio dictation. You will answer and log client calls and direct correspondence to the relevant colleague.
Maintaining the team’s diary, booking meeting rooms and client visits.
This is a full time permanent position with a competitive salary and 20 days holiday (increasing a day each year to a maximum of 25) in addition to Bank Holidays.
Hours: 9am - 5pm. 20 Days holiday plus Bank Holiday. Rising to by 1 day a year for five year. Death in Service benefit and Pension.
