Description:	Meyer Scott Ref: VR/04835 Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 p.a. Mon – Thurs 09.00 – 17.00 Fri 09.00 – 16.30 This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established, friendly organisation This role will work closely with the Purchasing Manager and is responsible for sourcing the Packaging and Printing from Suppliers. Duties will include: • Providing support to and liaising with the 2 Sales Managers to understand the print projects they are working on. • Accurately inputting order enquiries into the system and identifying required board and print requirements. • Liaising closely with Suppliers with regards to product requirements, gaining quotations. • Collating quotations - accurately inputting these onto the system. • Co-ordinating samples and art work. • Negotiating princes with Suppliers. • Handle enquiries and incoming calls. • Maintaining contact with the sales Managers throughout the process and ensuring they are informed of any issues. • Liaison with the Warehouse team to check goods received. This is a fast moving role requiring the successful candidate to be able to work in a self starting manner. You will be highly organised and communicate in a confident manner at all levels of business. A keen eye for detail is essential. Own transport is required due to Company location.
