Salary - £21,000pa
Our Client is looking for a keen motivated individual to join our highly successful team. You will be working alongside the sales and technical team managing and developing relationships with new and existing clients. We are looking for somebody who is self managed, driven and has the ability to pursue various marketing ideas as well maintaining a high level of understanding of the companys products and services.
You will be responsible for the growth of the trade and retail customer accounts.An excellent telephone manner with the ability to prioritise and liaise with customers on all levels is a must. We are looking for candidates with the ability to hit the ground running - experience in similar roles is required, although full product training will be provided.
• Effectively dealing with sales enquires and establishing customer requirements.
• Making outgoing calls to potential new customers and establishing relationships.
• Generating marketing campaigns and abstracting data from ordering system
• Producing quotations, ensuring all relevant information is included. Following up quotations on a daily basis and recording data.
• Analyse data trends and monitor the effectiveness of various marketing approaches.
• Maintaining customer CRM system.
• Processing payments and orders.
• Maintaining, developing and building long-term relationships with retail customer as well as sourcing new potential trade customers.
• Creating new trade accounts on ordering system.
• Monitoring retail income, working to targets and consistently generating new marketing ideas.
• Liaising with technical team on product updates and new technologies/products.
• Working closely with small sales team and attending daily strategy meeting.
• Carry out customer product demonstrations within DDS demo room.
• Technical & Product training will be provided.

Experience
• Previous experience of working as part of a team.
• Front line customer interface, including customer service or internal sales.
• Use of in-house bespoke systems.
• Some level of DIY knowledge would be an advantage.
