This is a varied and interesting role that has arisen as a result of someone going on Maternity leave. You will join a friendly team of 4 who are responsible for processing all orders of product and spare parts for customers in the UK and Ireland.
Main areas of responsibility:
• Handling Customer sales enquires for burners and spares received via telephone, fax, mail or e-mail.
• Sales order processing.
• Raising burner and spares purchase orders on the system.
• Liaison with other associated suppliers and raising component purchase orders.
• Raising of documentation for returned customer goods.
• Booking in receipt of incoming goods from abroad.
• Maintaining customer filing system.
• Liaison with warehouse staff on computerised picking notes and despatch procedures and priorities.
• Undertake other administration tasks and duties as may be required from time to time.
The successful candidate will work in a pro-active manner and enjoy a busy and varied role. You will be able to react quickly to requests and ensure the customer remains informed of order progress at all times. Accurate administration skill is essential.

Mon – Thurs – 08.30 – 16.30
Fri – 08.30 – 16.00
