Our client specialises in the supply of software products for the management of energy across many sectors. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company where they have strong customer demand for our products and services. Duties will include:
• To be responsible for all aspects of office admin. • Answering the main telephone in the office, transferring calls and taking messages. • Sitting at the Reception Desk, greeting guests and visitors. • Ordering refreshments for visitors ensuring lunch is organised and served for training courses, customer visits, Sales Meetings and Board meetings. • Ordering of office equipment, stationery and supplies for the office. • Recording post received and franking of post and dealing with couriers. • Taking post and banking cheques at Swavesey Post Office. • Printing & binding of materials as and when required. • Ensure the office is clean tidy and well run. • Travel and hotel bookings. • Training Certificates. • Filing. • Supporting the UK sales team with basic quote development. • Updating the Company CRM system. • Occasional calls to follow up on leads and meetings. • Raising Point of sales Forms (POS). • To support the whole company on any admin tasks as and when requested. • Any other tasks as and when they arise.
The desired candidate:
• Knowledge of CRM systems • Experience of working in an office environment with proven administration skills • Good telephone manner • Numerate • Good written skills • Experience of Microsoft, Word and Excel • In order to travel to our office, it is essential that you have your own car.
