Hours – Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm
Our client, a leader supplier of software and system solutions to both the UK and Europe are looking for an experiences Sales Administrator to join them on a permanent basis to be based at their office on the outskirts of Cambridge. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing initial sales support to new prospects as well as determining and qualifying these prospects into sales leads for the Sales Team.
Duties of the role will consist of the below:
• Providing administration support to the field sales team.
• Developing client relationships.
• Cold calling and qualifying leads for sales staff.
• Following up on marketing campaigns.
• Taking sales calls in the office and passing to relevant members of staff.
• Update companies CRM system to ensure all client data is accurate.
• Work as part of the wider sales support team, to ensure adequate cover is achieved in all regions as required.
• Ad-hoc reporting.
Essential skills & experience:
• Strong and confident communicator with a friendly and first class professional telephone manner.
• Able to establish rapport and gain the information needed.
• Outgoing, positive personality, keen to make a difference.
• Strong relationship building skills and responsive to the needs of customers.
• Personal effectiveness - self-starter able to work without supervision.
