Our Peterborough based client is looking for a Finance Administrator is required to assist their Finance department of a growing Peterborough company;
Duties to include
• Purchase Ledger
• Ensure all supplier invoices are input to the correct company, entered accurately and quickly into relevant ledgers. Split costing into the appropriate event, as directed
• Ensure all invoices are checked and signed off, prior to payment.
• Ensure that purchases have been allocated a Purchase order number and that these correspond to the invoice.
• Event Administration
• Communicate effectively with Sales/Events to ensure the information held within our systems accurately reflects our liabilities to our speakers.
• Weekly reporting and reconciliation of payments
• Being the go-to person for speaker splits and able to discuss the current situation with senior leadership as required.
• General Duties
• Assisting the rest of the finance team where directed..
• Dealing with general queries.
• Other duties as directed by Finance Manager but within the scope of team objectives.
