Accounts and Administration Clerk Part time – 5 Days, hours to suit Salary - £16,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Clerk to work on a part-time basis.Home working is a viable option once full training has been completed. The suitable candidate will be responsible for paying landlords and contractors daily and must be able to work efficiently on their own. No previous experience in lettings is necessary however you must be able to demonstrate excellent accounting, administration and customer service experience in addition to good IT skills. You main duties will include:
• Processing and payment of rent to landlords daily • Dealing with rental arrears • Processing and paying contractor invoices • Carrying out daily bank reconciliations • Lodging and paying Deposits and dealing with refunds • Dealing with accounts queries
We are looking for the following attributes:
• Own car and clean drivers licence • Good communication skills – both written and spoken • ITC literate • Ability to work on own initiative • Highly numerate • Good customer service skills/experience
