Our client is part of the largest vehicle management group in the world. They provide an extensive range of fleet management services for their customers ranging from vehicle end of contract termination through to allocation for auction.
The ideal candidate will be required to work in a team environment and must be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Computer literacy skills are essential for this role combined with an excellent telephone manner and able to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
Daily Vehicle Allocation.
Vehicle Termination.
Updating daily and weekly excel spread sheets.
Answering and responding to emails and telephone enquiries from auction sites and RMS clients.
Ensure that customer SLAs are met or exceeded
Support all team members with daily tasks.
Work to ensure clients accreditation is met.
Daily contact with auction centres and customer to resolve issues.
Action any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved, in a timely fashion, to all parties satisfaction as far as is reasonably practicable. Escalate any complex issues to the senior supervisor.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development.
Skills Required:
Candidates must have a good understanding of Microsoft products and excellent data entry skills and must have previously worked within an administration environment/role.
