This role is designed to provide flexibility to the raw material costings, contract management and administration team. Good team work is essential to ensure correct prioritisation of tasks. This is primarily a data input and maintenance role and requires excellent attention to detail.
• Using the business forecast and working closely with the Formulation team to ensure relevance of formulations maintain forward customer book requirements in Microsoft AX, abnrm.com and customer spreadsheets
• Processing of sales contract confirmations, checking that prices are still appropriate, coordinating with the Commercial team and purchasing teams in a timely manner.
• Working as part of a team ensuring that incoming confirmations are being picked up at all times.
• Input of blanket orders, sales allocations and entries onto ABNRM website as required
• Deputise for production of weekly Reuters graphs as required
• Weekly production of position reports for Procurement Director
• Daily market price file maintenance.
• Skills & experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast moving, pressurised environment
• An aptitude and ability to interpret and challenge figures
• Highly numerate, excel literate to intermediate level, with a willingness to learn and develop further
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• A can do attitude and strong focus on excellence at speed and working in fast pace environment
• This is a temporary role covering maternity for a 12 month time period. There will however be opportunities for expansion of responsibilities within the duration of the role.
