Our client is a software company, based in the countryside close to St Ives, with clients nationwide in the wholesale distribution and manufacturing sectors.
This business offers CRM type solutions focusing presently on specific industries.
This is a fabulous opportunity with serious potential.
Our client needs someone to join their client support and service team.
Duties:
· Dealing with queries from new and established clients who need help desk type support, mostly from client working in Finance. · Logging onto client interfaces and sharing a screen demonstrating how to complete a particular function. · You will be consulting with various client departments, be it people trying to learn how to use the system in an accounts capacity, purchasing, stock, despatch, sales whatever! · Extensive liaison with more experienced developers and members of the team. · Occasionally dealing with suppliers to the business. · Carryout various admin support in terms of email, answering the phone, use of office equipment.
· Potential responsibilities:
· Onsite client training of users of the system on a one to one basis. · Attending exhibitions. · Visiting clients together with Sales Consultants. · Dealing with escalated issues.
What our client is looking for:
· Someone with an interest in software or at least comfortable to pick it up and learn the ins and outs of it. · Must be very communicative as dealing with clients over the phone on a daily basis as well as face to face.
You also need to communicate effectively with your colleagues who have the technical expertise to assist. · You will be encouraged to reach for the stars or if they prefer, just excel at doing the support role. · Key to me is personality, ability to work in a small busy team and the confidence to question and suggest. · Someone very familiar CRM systems, Sage 200, MS Dynamics, SAP.
