Our Client is a smart privately owned business dealing with a wide range of Clients within the property industry. Situated in beautiful office, this role will be the first point of contact for calls coming into the office and visitors:
• Handling all calls into the office, ensuring all receive a bright and professional response. • Providing administrative support to the team such as responding to emails, typing correspondence etc. • Taking messages and assisting with queries if possible. • Meeting and greeting visitors. • Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post. • Collation of documentation. • Updating and maintaining records. • General admin - filing, photocopying.
Candidates will need to be well presented and personable with a very good telephone manner.
Office is easily accessible by car or the Guided Busway.
