For: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Godmanchester - £8.75 - £9.50 per hour
Initially a 3 month temporary contract that could be extended.
Our Client is a well established, successful company who are enjoying a period of growth. They offer a pleasant working environment, free parking and are easily accessible from the A14. Working within a small accounts team, duties will include:
• Check, code and input supplier invoices accurately on to the system. • Gain authorisation from relevant line manager as needed. • Liaison with Suppliers regarding invoice queries. • Raising payments. • Statement reconciliation. • All related administration.
Candidates will be practiced in a similar role, demonstrate accurate administrative skills and communicate effectively both on the telephone and in writing.
Hours: 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday
