The purpose of this B2B role is to generate profitable sales and achieve sales targets within the business to business mobile and landline telecommunications market. The company also provides various other services and although you won’t focus or be targeted on these areas, you will be rewarded for any deals closed.
Our client are a sociable, family owned business for over 20 years, and although they have grown the business significantly over the last 18 months hence they need additional BD staff, they wish to keep the family feel that sets them apart from their competitors within the Telecommunications industry.
Key responsibilities:
· Using your experience within the Telecommunication industry you will actively manage the sales process within company guidelines · Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for 360group to agreed quarterly targets. ( The telesales team will be able to provide you with some leads). · Present 360group to potential clients through telephone calls, emails and face to face meetings as well as being supported by inside sales who will book appointments for you · Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and additional documentation, in accordance with company procedures · Ensure knowledge of the company’s products and services, attending training when required; · Keep up to date with issues affecting the telecoms industry & collect competitor intelligence · To react to all customer queries quickly and efficiently, whether via verbal or written communications · Required to undertake other duties either in addition to or in place of your current duties, as necessary in order to meet the needs of the business
Our clients are not receptive to BD Executives working from home, preferring all staff to work closely together as a team.
If is therefore preferable that you live within Cambridgeshire.
Experience required
· You must have telecommunication experience e.g. landline and/or mobile · Proven background in selling business mobiles (at least 2 years) · Strong product knowledge · Longevity in previous roles with evidence of over performance
Company benefits
£30 - £35k Basic Salary Quarterly paid uncapped bonus. Lap Top, Company Car or allowance, mobile phone, healthcare etc. Hours: , 37 Hours Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm, Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Holiday: First 2 years’ service: 31 days per year, after 2 years continuous service: 33 days per year, after 5 years continuous service: 35 days per year (inclusive of Public Bank Holidays) 3 or 4 days compulsory leave over Christmas Holiday Period: 24th December - 4th January
