Sales Executive
A position has opened up within the business for an experienced, motivated, team player, who enjoys solving problems and building relationships with customers. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German and have previous experience within a consultative sales environment, be a self-starter and keen to make their mark within a fun and driven team. The use of correct grammar, punctuation and spelling when dealing with all correspondence is a must, as is a fantastic telephone manner. Although experience within a similar role is desired, consideration will be given to candidates from other backgrounds who believe that they have the correct skill set for the role. Overview of role To secure new business by following up incoming leads, and generating new leads from targeted call groups. To ensure that potential customers fully understand the products and the benefits of ordering with the company and that all enquiries are processed and dealt with in a timely manner. Main duties Being able to deliver excellent sales service to potential German customers and enjoy dealing with people Being able to communicate effectively with customers (often Head Teachers and senior staff) by telephone, email and mail Have exceptional knowledge of our core products and services, and be able to advise customers on which would best suit their needs To be able to work to monthly individual and team targets To work through target call lists being self-motivated and wanting the sale To maintain complete and accurate records in the database, ensuring all information is kept up to date Being able to provide a concise quote for various products Have a can-do problem solving attitude, being able to deal with all types of enquiries Supporting the Sales manager and fellow colleagues where needed Other tasks as required from time to time It is always favorable that candidates have studied the language in a German institution as you will be dealing with German academia. Hours of work: 8.0 until 16.00 (1/2 hour for lunch)
