Self-starter, confident, articulate, energetic and highly-motivated with good IT skills and a positive attitude, plus a min. of 5 years field sales experience. These are highly commission based positions, structured to professional sales personnel who are used to being target focused and highly rewarded for successful results.



This position is home based, but you will be required to come into the Cambridge Office for initial training and one-two days per week afterwards. You will be focused on securing new and lapsed clients, carrying out client visits, surveys and generating quotations to close/secure orders. You will be required to account manage the portfolio of new clients, cross sell additional or new services, working under/supporting a BDM/senior sales manager. This position could lead to a BDM/senior sales manager’s position.



• Securing business across the company’s key areas.
• Producing sales pipeline, quotes and management reports.
• Liaison with other departments to ensure the smooth running of projects.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Negotiating and closing deals while upselling at all times.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients, regularly review customer requirements.
• Provide management information in an accurate and timely manner and in line with financial expectations and company targets.
• Ensure all sales forecasts/reports are completed on a regular basis and a timely fashion.
• Operate within company policies & procedures at all times.
• Undertake the departmental training ensuring that all staff have been given efficiently, regular staffing reviews, reviewing employee motivation and morale.
• Responsible for the health & safety of yourself and others at all times. Carry out work in accordance with the H&S policy, method statements, risk assessments policies & procedures.



Candidates must hold a full clean driving licence.

5 years in a sales position and must have excellent communication skills while being highly motivated at all times.
