Inventory Analyst (6002177) – Wimbourne – 12 months - £11.38 ph
Our client is looking for someone to accurately carry out the daily inventory record counts in accordance with the current Inventory Record Accuracy CPS Metrics.
To accurately carry out the weekly inventory dollar counts as requested by finance and in accordance with the Inventory Dollar Accuracy CPS Metrics.
To implement any inventory adjustments as required and update the SAP warehouse management system.
Inventory audits are to be accurately recorded and reviewed at the weekly audit meeting.
Attending the daily production material shortage board meeting and addressing any stock errors, which may arise.
Problem solving in a reactive environment to find the root cause of issues and developing a permanent solution.
Carrying out Standard Work, Bill of Material and Material Routing audits in accordance to the CPS Metrics.
Reporting of all metrics at the weekly IRA, BOM and Routings audit meeting.
To monitor, review and action any stock discrepancies on the daily SAP error log (LI21).
Assist in ensuring computer information on kit and material bin locations are kept up to date.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
Experience of the following is desirable for this position:
Working knowledge of company products and operations.
Fork Lift or Platform Truck Licence.
Experience of using SAP, Microsoft word and excel packages.
Good analytical skills are also required.
The position typically requires GCSE’ in English and Math’s or equivalent experience. Good communication skills are required and the ability to be able to develop a cooperative working relationship with other departments.
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
