Job purpose:
You are responsible for account managing and maximising revenue from key accounts across various market sectors, ensuring excellent Client relationships are developed and maintained at all times. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: • To receive and process orders from our database of Internal Accounts. • To follow up orders / confirm instructions and details with customers directly and also track orders through the system. • To see jobs through the system from cradle to grave to ensure all elements are completed and that deliveries arrive with clients in a timely fashion. • To keep the Office Manager and Production Manager up-to-date with orders in the system and or potential new orders. • To complete all necessary internal paperwork required for each job. • Maintain and develop rapport with Clients throughout the process, advising on any issues arising etc.
The candidate: • Must have a can do customer focused attitude towards work. • Ability to work under pressure, and to tight deadlines. • Preparedness to work additional hours (on occasions) to ensure that all jobs get put into the system on time. • Ability to work as part of a team, but must also be able to work on own initiative. • Must have a keen eye for detail, and be able to think on their feet. • Previous print industry experience is desirable but not essential.
Experience and Key Skills: • Account management experience would be advantageous. • Strong administrative and reporting skills. • Goal driven and resourceful. • Presentation, composure and listening skills. • Ability to handle phone queries and negotiations. • Ability to time-manage work pressures whilst focusing on customer requests.
Candidates will need to have own transport due to Client location.
