This role is a permanent opportunity within the Estimating department. Tasked with providing support to a team of 6 duties will include:
• Collation of project information - both soft and hard copies.
• Typing correspondence.
• Updating and maintaining accurate database records.
• Close liaison with Clients via email and the telephone.
• Updating and maintaining various Excel Spreadsheets use for project tracking.
• Close liaison with the team ensuring they remain updated on project progress and any pressing issues/ timeframes.
• Liaison with Clients as necessary.
• Handling calls into the team.
This Team work to strict time frames it is essential the successful candidate is highly organised and self motivated. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident at liaising at all levels of business. Experience within a role where you have needed to prioritise and keep all plates spinning will be an excellent benefit.
