Customer Services - £17,000 - £19,000 p.a. + generous bonuses.
Our client is looking for experienced customer service operative keen to get on the phone and develop the business. You will be dealing with educational facilities such as schools, colleges and universities selling paper towels, janitorial goods, gloves – usually high volume low value goods.
• Outbound B2B sales calls. • Your responsibilities will be to deal with existing clients ensuring they received a good standard of service. • You will also be looking at lapsed businesses where they have been dealt with in the past and you simply need to re-engage with them. • You will also need to develop new business with clients unknown to the businesses good product training will be provided as well as marketing campaigns for you to follow up with offers and incentives to entice business. • There is of course potential for advancement, ie. Key account management which involves face to face meeting with clients.
Experience of cold calling is essential.
Agreeable hours: Monday to Friday 8.45 to 5.15(45 mins for lunch) Rota system for a late shift - Late shift 9.30 to 6.00 Optional to work Sat mornings for overtime.
