Our client, a large, privately owned publishing Group based in Peterborough have an exciting opportunity for a Data Management Assistant within their Sales Operations team. In this role you will responsible for the creation and maintenance of all data held within the sales and CRM systems for the sales teams.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND AN ASSESSMENT DAY ON THE 30TH AUGUST 2016
Duties • Qualifying valid leads into live accounts in CRM 2011 for Specialist sales teams. • Creating accounts and maintaining data in relevant sales systems (SAP IS Media, Operative, Planit)· • Ensuring that processes in relation to sales systems are correct, robust and that advertising is booked onto the sales system efficiently by the salespeople. • Liaising with credit control to activate digital accounts and communicate any account changes. • Booking/confirming adverts and collecting the prepayments in line with deadlines. • Support team with monthly billing and any other reconciliation tasks. • Providing reports to the management teams where necessary using Microsoft Excel, SAP, CRM and other databases.
The candidate must have proven abilities and experience in the following areas:

The hours are 9-5:30 Monday to Friday.
