Sales Order Co-ordinator (20 hours a week)
Our client is well established and design, build and sell a range of scientific equipment.
• Raise orders on Sage as they come in setting up accounts and identifying relevant quotes if necessary and checking pricing/discounts accordingly.
• Raise Proforma Invoices for new customers or customers who pay in advance.
• Liaise with the Production Manager regarding shipping dates/stock levels and the Accounts office regarding payment terms.
• Run weekly report and liaise with the Production manager so that customers can be kept informed of any potential late shipments
• Send an order confirmation to the customer and communicate with the customer regarding ETD's.
• Enter and maintain product pricing on Sage.
• Raise returns as requested on Sage.
• Raise quotes as requested on Sage.
• Obtain carriage quotes for Sales Reps as requested.
• Update Demo Stock spreadsheet for Kate recording demo stock movements.
• Update Dealer Commission spreadsheet accordingly.
• Respond to customer ETD enquires in the absence of shipping clerk liaising with Julia.
• Respond to incoming calls redirecting as appropriate.
• Maintain price lists
• Other adhoc duties as requested.
Present person works 11am - 4pm (flexible)
25 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holiday
