Peterborough - £15,000 - £16,000 pa
The role of the New Business Manager is to sell all the companies services from Hands Free to the education products (CD’s DVD’s, Books, Mastermind Day events, Masterclass 3 day course, all one day courses as well as VIP and Graduate programs).
Customers • Maximise sales potential from existing customers • Develop new business/cold leads
Targets • To exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets • Report revenue figures to Operations Manager • To report any short fall to target • Prepare and implement contingency plan to off set any shortfall. • To exceed set call rates and conversions
Market Knowledge
• To have a clear and comprehensive knowledge of the Property market • To understand customers needs and wants • To have a comprehensive knowledge of competitors strengths and weaknesses
Customer Loyalty
• Demonstrate to the highest standards
• Planning and preparation • Identification of customers needs • Recognising sales opportunities • Service existing customers and source and canvass new business • Ensure all administration is prompt and accurate
General
• Input all sales calls into Infusion soft • Provide reports as directed • Attend meetings/industry functions as directed • Attend weekly sales meetings • Attend Planning meetings as necessary • Liaise and co-operate with other departments
Other duties • Attend all relevant training courses • Understand and implement new skills • Maintain a professional and co-operative relationship with all team members
