We are currently adding to our team in St.Ives and we are looking for a competent administrator to join us on a Temp - Perm basis. This is a busy all-round administration role which will suit someone that is capable of spinning plates.The administrator will be assisting in the smooth running of the office.
Duties of the role will consist of the below:
• Being the first point of contact, answering phones and meeting & greeting people in the office. • Generating registration packs. • Searching for suitable candidates using job board sites, inviting candidates to come in and register. • Maintaining and updating job sites. • Typing up CV's. • Referencing candidates. • Sending out marketing campaigns on Dotmailer. • Maintain and update spreadsheets including candidate trackers. • Checking right to work documents. • Obtaining and checking any relevant certificates are in date. • Receiving and responding to client and candidate emails. • Calculating holiday pay. • Carrying out Payroll duties, entry of candidate hours and sending out pay slips. • Updating our CRM database to ensure all information is up to date. • Inputting data and uploading CV's onto client portals. • General administration duties such as scanning documents and filing. • Providing excellent customer service at all times. • Other duties as required.
Candidates must have:
• Accurate Data Entry skills. • A friendly, can do approach. • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is essential. • Good level of numeracy.
