Monday Friday
06:00am - 14:00pm & 14:00pm 22:00pm rotating.
The quality analyst performs continuous documented examination and verification of activities, records and processes of any given quality system to determine the effectiveness and dependability of such system. The analyst monitors all quality standards for all manufactured products.
Responsibilities:
Perform Document product audits and stage all Level 2 and above jobs.
Matching and reviewing orders against job ticket and electronic pdf.
Audit for proper completing of job tickets.
Provide cover during absence for other functions within the QA department.
Required Skills and Experience:
1+ years experience in a print/ manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong computer and analytical skills with the ability to solve problems in a timely manner
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
Must demonstrate the ability to read a ruler scale and loupe.
Must demonstrate acceptable color vision. (Ishihara color vision test required)
Must display a strong personal commitment to quality.
Flexible; able to accommodate fluctuating workloads, tasks types and work schedules.
Working knowledge of job tickets and process flows of jobs.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
