Description: | The role of Accounts Coordinator will require a person who is confident on the phone and has a good understanding of accounts. Working for the Financial Controller duties will focus on purchase ledger and payroll:
• Coding and posting of supplier invoices • Checking invoices against items received and Purchase Orders • Dealing with any queries and liaising with suppliers • Checking and approving Purchase invoices for payment • Weekly payroll processing including timesheet reconciliation for 16 fitters (monthly payroll is done by FC) • Assisting with production of Management Accounts reports for Directors and Senior Management. • Candidates will be AAT qualified or CIMA part qualified. • Knowledge of Sage and Microsoft packages (Excel and Word) are essential • Use of Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll.
The right candidate may also get involved in bank reconciliations, VAT returns etc as required
In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience and qualifications, plus 30 days Holiday, together with other company benefits which are available to the successful candidates.
