You need to be immediately available to start this assignment before 13th June 2016. If you have worked within the public sector (e.g. police, council, hospital) within an administrative role that would be beneficial in understanding the culture of the company. Should you secure a permanent opportunity the benefits are excellent.
This role is responsible for providing an efficient Administrative service. Our client requires staff to work in. Duties will include:
• Handle calls into the department ensuring all calls, email enquires receive an excellent level of service and rapport is developed at all times. • Processing of invoices for Payment within agreed timeframes. • Prepare statistical information used in reporting. • Asist in the maintenance and upkeep of the departmental filing system - both soft and hard copies including the retention and archiving of existing files for information. • Capturing new information as it is received on a daily basis. • Provide and incoming and outgoing mail service. • Undertake typing of taped transcripts as required. • Maintain and order stationary stocks as required. • Attend meetings, taking the minutes and typing into a report for distribution. • General administration including photocopying and faxing. • Ensuring compliance with organisations processes and procedures.
Candidates will be accurate administrators and work in an efficient manner. Good written and verbal communication skills are key as is the ability to work in an accurate manner. Previous experience of administration within a customer service type environment is desirable.
