Situated in a smart office environment easily accessible from the A1 duties will include:
• Handling calls from customers regarding queries and order details.
• Accurately processing information and orders onto the system in a timely manner.
• Passing information to Field based sales Reps who then use this to prepare quotations.
• Providing Field based Team with administrative support.
• Diary Management.
• Meeting and greeting visitors.
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
Candidates will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to quickly build rapport with customers. Accurate administration skills are also essential. As is a working knowledge of Word and Excel. This is a temporary assignment for a 2 month duration.
Hours: 08.45 - 17.15 Mon - Thurs
08.45 - 16.00 Fri
