Lettings Coordinator – Perm - £16,000 - £17,000 pa
We have a vacancy for a dynamic individual who would enjoy the flexibility of working in a busy office environment and being out and about letting and inspecting properties.No previous experience necessary as full training will be given, however you must be able to demonstrate excellent administration/customer service experience and good IT skills.
Your role will be to deal with all property enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings and to provide the administrative support required to complete the move in process. You will also be required to visit properties to conduct routine inspections and complete reports on condition.
Duties include:
• Booking and attending viewings • Taking application details and fees • Processing applications and completing reference checks • Booking and attending property inspections • Producing reports to clients and updating in house system • Marketing properties • Dealing with customer queries • Meeting and greeting visitors • Scanning/Filing
A pool car will be made available.
We are looking for the following attributes
• Own car and clean drivers licence • Good communication skills – both written and spoken • ITC literate • Ability to work on own initiative • Self-motivated and organised • Good customer service skills/experience
