Description: | This role involves working within a busy contact centre environment handling incoming calls from customers relating to household appliances.
Duties will include;
• Reacting swiftly to all incoming calls/webchat/e-mail in an efficient manner. • OWN the customer. Always be polite, professional and empathise with the customer. • Resolution of issues and queries arising within agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement). • Logging data accurately onto the in-house system detailing all activity, ensuring adherence to regulations. • Deal with technical and non-technical enquiries from clients. • Ensure full knowledge of any information systems or procedures used to assist customers is up to date at all times. • Escalate any issue with which you are unable to deal with to technical support or supervisors, following any departmental guidelines regarding the escalation process. • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times. • Assist with administration tasks as required. • Work towards Individual/Team KPIs.
Candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
Hours: 37.5 per week on a shift rota basis. Also required to work approx. 1 in 3 weekends.
